Subs: you can find many 日本語字幕 episodes streamed just by typing the title in google.
Episodes: Well, it seems like NHK has been running this for a few years, so probably lots if they're on DVD.
Each episode of this show lasts for half an hour, and features one comedy duo / trio (etc) doing a few different sketches. So, it's a nice way to find new comedy that you like, or watch a longer version of someone you already like. (i dunno about anyone else but i find 5 minute clips on youtube quite annoying to watch).
My favourite's so far have been アンジャッシュ and ドランクドラゴン, but nearly all the ones i've watched have had at least one sketch that i laughed at at some point, so it's good. There've also only been a few that i didn't like enough to watch the whole 30 minutes of either :)
The language difficulty obviously varies between episodes, but having the subs is really useful. Lots of the comedians seem to use a ton of 敬語 and stuff like that, so it's a fun way to learn some. Since i haven't reviewed any comedy yet, i've just marked it as "2" for now, though that may change if i watch more. Honestly though, there doesn't seem to be much variation in the level between different comedy acts, especially those that do sketches rather than 漫才 (which i'm not really into anyway)...
